The Roger Orfevre Oyster Knife is the perfect tool for opening oyster shells easily and safely. Its design, like a small dagger, is compact and robust and stands out for:

- The blade is made of stainless steel of the pointed type . It is small, with great hardness and has a sharp tip , to easily enter the shell.
