Thanks to the positioning mark on the lid , placing the lid in the correct position is very easy. And thanks to the new design of the pot rim, closing it is the easiest thing in the world. When the pressure cooker is closed correctly, you will hear a click and the colour indicator on the handle will change from red to green. Until this happens, pressure will not build up.

You can choose between two cooking levels: gentle cooking and rapid cooking . The pressure cooker has a very practical level indicator , located inside, which indicates the minimum and maximum liquid levels. The removable handle makes it easy to clean and store the pressure cooker. A very practical advantage when storing several pots or pans in the cupboard: they can be stacked by nesting them on top of each other.

The Superthermic® encapsulated base is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers, and ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution and storage.
