The De Buyer Affinity Rounded Sauté-Pan is a tall wok-style pan with which you will enjoy cooking with great efficiency and delicious results. Its multilayer construction combines stainless steel with aluminum in 5 layers, guaranteeing rapid heating and the perfect and homogeneous distribution of temperature throughout the body of the pan.
This progressive and uniform distribution of heat facilitates greater temperature control, favoring all types of cooking. From the softest, such as the one needed to cook creams, caramel or sauces, to those that require a higher temperature, both for marking and sealing food and for frying.
You will be able to sauté, boil, fry, brown, poach or roast in a wonderful way. Its 5 layers that combine stainless steel and aluminum, both on the base and on the walls allow it to absorb and distribute heat magnificently. You will achieve a homogeneous cooking of food in a very efficient way, with a lower energy cost.
Note: To cook with the Affinity rounded sauté pan, you must heat it gradually (never empty). It cannot exceed 3/4 of your stove's power, and if you use it for an extended period, you should lower the temperature, as it transmits a lot of heat, helping you save energy.

Sarten todoterreno. Se acabó preocuparse por rayar delicadas sartenes, meterlas en el lavaplatos, pasarles el nanax, y por cocinar con recubrimientos tóxicos. Todo un hallazgo, que espero dure muchos años.
