Nut oil is a delicious and easy-to-use oil, obtained from the pressing of premium quality walnuts (this is pure nut oil, not nut flavoured oil).
Nut oil is truly versatile. In salads, walnut oil mixes very well with balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar, and can create a simple but delicious vinaigrette; likewise with tarragon vinegar. This oil is delicious added to fish or grilled meats: just add a little walnut oil and you will see how it enhances the flavours.
You can also try it in pasta with cheese, and don't hesitate to use it in cakes, biscuits or other baked goods (especially in recipes that include apples or pears, with which the combination with the subtle nutty flavour is delicious).

Recommendations: once opened, store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
NOTE: If you want to add it to baking recipes, just add it to the dough as a substitute for some of the usual oil, butter or margarine, and it will add a subtle and delicious nuttytouch to cakes, biscuits, biscuits and the like.

The history of La Tourangelle
La Tourangelle is the brand name of the oils that have been produced in a mill in Saumur, in the Loire Valley, using traditional methods for 150 years.
