It consists of a base and a lid and maintains the characteristics of the oven with a hood lid: it has been designed to bake perfect, soft bread with a crispy crust and an irresistible aroma. The secret is in the baking, which requires a high but controlled level of humidity, and the lid that recreates the same conditions as a traditional bread oven.
But this version offers you even more, since the lid has been designed flat to be able to invert it and use it to knead and to let the dough rise.
For its part, the base can be used whenever you want to bring bread to the table, to serve some cheese or tapas or even to bake pizza. You can't ask for more, can you?
