With a Pakka Redwood wooden handle, very sturdy and moisture-resistant, it provides perfect balance and features an extremely durable and sharp blade capable of easily cutting the toughest foods. Made of polished steel, it has a hardness of 58 ± 1 HRC.

Additionally, they have an edge on both sides of the blade and the tip allows for very precise and exact cuts for delicate preparations, such as sushi.

  • Deba - 15.5 cm: Traditional knife suitable for cutting and deboning meat or fish, thanks to its thicker beveled edge, custom-made to facilitate deboning.
