Guérande salt takes its name from its place of origin, the Guérande Peninsula in France. It is a natural sea salt, unrefined, additive-free, and sun-dried. Due to its properties (it is rich in mineral salts and trace elements), it is one of the highest quality salts available.
Le Paludier coarse salt is hand-harvested, natural, and especially rich in magnesium, with no additives. It is ideal for daily use, both for cooking vegetables and for salting fish or meats.
