• Great energy savings, due to the rapid absorption, distribution and storage of heat . The absence of air inside the diffuser base allows for much faster, more even and efficient heating . Once the optimum cooking temperature has been reached, you can lower the heat to the minimum for cooking, as the temperature is maintained. This also means lower energy consumption.
• It is suitable for all types of cookers , including induction, and guarantees optimal heat distribution.
