Excelente Cambio Tapa Cook Expert con problema

Me gustaría poner 10 estrellas porque la manera de solucionar el problema ha sido de sobresaliente. La tapa del robot tenía un fallo, parece que hubo unas cuantas en una fecha determinada que salieron defectuosas. Yo no me enteré en su momento y pensé que era la mía. Ya no tenía garantía pero me puse en contacto y me pidieron unas fotos. No pude enviarlas en ese momento pq tuve que estar trabajando fuera de mi casa unos meses y ahora al regresar pongo en marcha de nuevo el problema y sin ninguna pregunta más y sin poner ninguna traba me lo han solucionado con una tapa nueva. Increíble el interés y la seriedad de C&J, es un ejemplo a seguir para muchas otras empresas.
