With the Sage Barista Touch automatic coffee machine, deciding which coffee you want is as simple as moving a finger. Its touchscreen lets you select your preferred coffee by simply tapping the corresponding icon or create your own favourite and save it with your name. And frothing milk is so easy you can do it hands-free!

This compact machine features a menu of 5 pre-programmed coffees and allows you to personalise 8 more options – so your friends or family can have their own coffee too! Milk texturing is also automatic: just tap the icon without moving the jug from the tray.

Here’s how easy it is to make a coffee as exquisite as the one in your favourite café, with the Sage Barista Touch:

• Swipe your finger across the touchscreen to choose the coffee you want to prepare.
• Tap to start the automatic grinding. You can adjust the grind size and filter dose if you wish.
• Once the ground coffee is in the filter, tamp to compact and level with the Razor.
• Insert the portafilter and tap the icon on the screen to start the coffee extraction.
• If you’ve chosen a café latte, place the jug with milk and tap the automatic frothing option.
• Savour your coffee, enjoying its aroma and the harmony of all its nuances.

The Barista Touch is designed to ensure each coffee tastes balanced, achieved by combining the key factors:

• The ideal dose of ground coffee, between 18 and 22 grams, for perfect pressure. More coffee increases pressure and can make it bitter; less coffee reduces pressure and can make it sour.
• Precise temperature. Equipped with the innovative ThermoJet® system, it reaches the optimum extraction temperature in just 3 seconds. Thanks to the digital temperature control, it delivers water with a precision of +/- 2°C for optimal espresso extraction.
• Optimal pressure. Its pre-infusion function gradually increases the water pressure to ensure all flavours are extracted evenly for a balanced taste.
• Micro-foamed milk at barista quality, thanks to the powerful steam wand that enhances the coffee’s flavour without overpowering it.
