With the small Bambino, Sage brings the keys to a great coffee into your home in the simplest way, whether black or with milk:

• The ideal dose of ground coffee – between 18 and 22 grams for perfect pressure. More coffee increases pressure and bitterness, less coffee reduces pressure and results in acidity.
• Precise temperature – with the innovative ThermoJet® system reaching optimum extraction temperature in just 3 seconds. The digital temperature control delivers water with +/- 2 °C accuracy for optimal espresso extraction.
• Optimal pressure – its pre-infusion function gradually increases the water pressure to ensure all the flavours are evenly extracted for a balanced coffee.
• Microfoamed milk to barista standard, produced by its powerful steam wand, enhancing your coffee without overpowering it, giving perfect balance.

Making an espresso or latte with this small coffee machine is very simple:

• Place ground coffee in the filter, tamp it and adjust the dose with the level tool (or razor).
• Insert the portafilter and press the button for one or two coffees.
• In 3 seconds, once the optimum temperature is reached, extraction begins, releasing its wonderful aroma.
• Press the steam button and froth the milk to your desired texture.
• Thanks to the auto-purge after steaming, every coffee will be as balanced and aromatic as the first.
