Tiptree Fruit Jams

Tiptree Fruit Jams are made at Tiptree, with fruits that the Wilkin family has grown in their own fields or, in the case of fruits accustomed to other climates, from selected local producers.

Using fresh fruit can make all the difference in the flavor of the final product, but the quality of the fruit is the most determining factor in ensuring you make the best jam. In the case of Tiptree jams, they meet both requirements: they are always made with fresh fruits of the best quality.

We have the following variants of fruit jams:

• Strawberry jam . Made with exquisite Cambridge variety strawberries, grown at Tiptree and slowly ripened to enhance their flavour.
• Orange marmalade . Made with bitter oranges from Seville. It combines the excellence of fresh fruit from southern Spain with the traditional artisanal production of Tiptree jams.
