No more fear of flipping the omelette! This lid, made of stainless steel, is specially designed to flip omelettes with ease.
It is a completely flat lid, so it doesn’t deform the omelette, and it has a small rim to ensure the omelette stays in place while flipping (but with a minimal height to make it easy to return the omelette to the pan). It doesn’t even have the classic central screw that holds the handle (it has a welding point instead), so the omelette remains flat and flawless when flipped with the lid.
Another bonus? It’s very lightweight, which makes flipping super easy – you know how heavy it can be to lift the pan with a fully loaded omelette inside... and the added weight of a plate to flip it! With this lid, it becomes really easy.
Available in two sizes, 26cm and 30cm, you can choose the one that suits you best and flip omelettes like never before!
