Le Creuset Cast Iron Rectangular Griddle is ideal for cooks who aspire to master the art of grilling. It’s the same size as the other Cast Iron Rectangular Grill and it is easier to use and clean.

Perfect for cooking lightly and using little fat, i.e. grilling; it will also last you a lifetime. A good investment for cooking.

NOTE: Cooking on a cast iron grill has nothing to do with cooking on a non-stick grill: the iron gets much hotter and seals the food, retaining all the flavour (and evaporating the juices, thus preventing the meat from boiling over). On a cast iron grill the meat ends up being roasted!

Did you know? If you buy a grill that is 100% iron, such as a rectangular or round grill without handle, they’re oven safe products (they’re pure iron!), so you can make spectacular pizzas, bake a piece of meat or fish directly in the oven, use it to make a galette or puff pastry, bake biscuits.... There is an incredible iron surface for baking!

    Siempre quise una

    Me ha costado decidirme a invertir en esta parilla, pero no me arrepiento. Se que la voy a utilizar mucho, y que el tipo de platos saludables con pescado y verduras que me convienen saldrán deliciosos. Muy contenta con el articulo y con el servicio.

    Compramos la parrilla lisa de Le Creuset para iniciarnos en el mundo de la cocina sin antiadherentes. De momento no la valoramos con 5 estrellas ya que estamos "en prácticas", adaptándonos y aprendiendo a utilizarla.
