• A 26cm sauté pan with glass lid . The design of this pan, with high, straight walls, makes it ideal for all types of recipes, from stir-fries or grilling, to stews, casseroles, rice dishes or roasts in the oven. With handle and grip for comfortable and safe handling.

• Extraordinary two-layer ceramic non-stick coating, with Sol-gel technology. It is made up of ceramic particles and silicone particles. The ceramics provide hardness and resistance, and the silicone particles, great non-stick and shine. Once the two layers have been applied, the coating is cured with Sol-gel technology at 300 °C, to harden the surface and give it a shiny, glass-like appearance.
