Ilsa Meat & Fish Oil Collector

This oil saver is extremely practical. It is made of stainless steel, with a lid and, to ensure perfect filtering and hygiene, it includes a removable filter.

With the oil saver, you can clean impurities from the oil you have used for cooking, as long as it is not burnt and you want to reuse it for future frying.

Since it is important to keep used oil from meats separate from that of fish (to avoid altering the flavor of recipes), Ilsa offers us this oil saver in two variants, one for meat and one for fish (distinguished by the word written on the top lid). This way, you can keep the oils separate, clean and ready for your future frying!

The oil saver is available in two variants, for meat oil or fish oil, in the size of 750ml. Additionally, it is dishwasher safe.

Dimensions: 10 cm diameter x 12 cm height.

NOTE: It is important that the oil is already warm or cold before pouring it into the saver, to avoid temperature contrasts in the steel that could damage or warp it.
