This is a mustard with more than 150 years of history: the Fallot house is the last independent, family-owned mustard producer today, and in the production of this mustard, whose recipe they keep like gold in their treasures, it is worth noting that its production is entirely artisanal and traditional: the mustard seeds are crushed in a stone mill, and this gives the mustard a special flavour.
It is a very rich mustard that leaves a really delicious taste in the mouth. It is medium-coarse-grained and vis also presented in a beautiful ceramic jar, representing its tradition and quality.
