How does it work?

Prepare the sponge cake dough you want (from the traditional and very easy yogurt sponge cake to the dough you want), pour it into the different cavities (filling them up to 3/4 of their height, because the sponge cakes will grow) and bake them in the oven at about 170°C). In 15 minutes you will have your biscuits made!

Yes, as they are small cavities, the heat penetrates the center of the mass of each cake quickly, and they are baked in no time. So even if you have unexpected guests you can serve delicious pasta for a quick snack.

In addition, with the dough you make, you will surely have enough to fill the mold in several batches, so you will make a lot of biscuits to enjoy with friends and family.

The biscuits that you obtain are already precious in themselves, thanks to the sweet shapes with which they come out of the mold. But, if you want, you can apply some glaze on top to accompany or decorate (if you want to do it that way, it is better that you wait for them to cool down a bit).
