This pack includes:
- Kit to make fresh cheese , which includes the mold with strainer and lid.
- Book "My fresh cheese ", a great guide to understand how to make the basic fresh cheese in a moment and a lot of recipes to flavor it or alternatives to enjoy it.
The operation of the mold to make the basic fresh cheese is very simple:
- Pour 3 yoghurts and 750 ml of milk into the mould.
- Mix with a spoon and put it in the microwave for about 13 minutes.
- Once you take the container out of the microwave, you will see that the milk and yogurt have already curdled. You already have it!
- Finally, pass it through the strainer to separate the whey, introduce it with the same strainer into the mold and store it in the fridge to enjoy when it cools.
NOTE: The whey you get, don't throw it away! It is ideal as a liquid part of the preparation of biscuits.
