Perfect for your tarts and quiches, the De Buyer Pie Rim Ring is a stainless steel frame with rolled edges. In this way, your dough will always be attached to the edge, without losing its shape or shrinking when baked. It is a perfect pastry ring for your cakes with shortcrust pastry, puff pastry or empanada dough, which you can use for everything.

To bake the dough in the ring, you just have to place the frame on the baking tray, covered with a silicone mat or with baking paper, and line the ring, bringing the dough to the edge, pressing slightly so that it stays attached. In this way, the dough is baked without shrinking the walls. Once baked, the hoop comes off easily.

Ideal for cooking cakes and quiches, you can also assemble savory dishes and cold desserts, with a professional finish. It is a slightly flexible circle, to unmold and separate the preparations easily and comfortably.

Its smooth inner surface provides perfect cooking. It has an engraving with the mark of its size, to always have it identified. It is perfectly balanced and the welding has no defects, which guarantees the maximum sealing of the ring, something ideal for plating.
