The De Buyer Bain-Marie Saucepan is a stainless steel pot with a handle and double wall , with which you can cook using this technique without the risk of water damaging your preparations. With a safety valve, measurement marks and a pouring rim , this saucepan is a real success!

If you've ever melted chocolate in a bain-marie, you'll know how important it is to avoid getting even a drop of water in, as it could spoil your dessert. The double wall of this saucepan keeps the water in at all times , helping you achieve a perfect result!
