The new ECO-NATURE range is made of 100% certified recycled forged aluminum with the latest generation ceramic coating. Thus, it allows us to cook in a healthy way with less energy on the stove, since the residual heat is better used (it is in fact very important to heat these pans over low heat).
Furthermore, these materials, at the end of their useful life, are fully recyclable. In the manufacturing of its PPG Fusion Pro® non-stick ceramic coating, no PFOA or PTFE is used , thus being totally respectful of the environment. And, in addition to providing great non-stickness and allowing cooking without oil, it saves energy, water and detergents given the ease of cleaning and its full induction bottom provides the product with a super-efficient magnetic transmission base in induction cookers.
