The pastry frame, which is made of stainless steel, is extendable from 16 cm to 30 cm and allows you to obtain square or rectangular shapes, both for your cold creations and those that require baking.

Ideal for your mousses, creams, sponge cakes, or cookies, and even for plating your recipes, it is very easy to use thanks to its fastening system on the outside of the frame. It is flexible for quick locking and unlocking and resistant to oxidation.
