With the KitchenAid fresh pasta press accessory you will be able to make homemade fresh pasta like a real professional. In any shape, colour and size you like, this press allows you to make lots of pasta recipes without repeating.
Put on your apron, grab your jar of flour and get ready to make magic with this fantastic tool. Place any of the 6 discs in the press and fit it into your KitchenAid robot, insert the dough and move the ring to cut to the desired size. Your fresh pasta is ready to eat, dry or freeze!
With this pasta press, you can choose from its 6 moulds to make the pasta you fancy the most on every occasion:
- Spaghetti: Probably the most emblematic pasta. Prepare a good portion, setting the KitchenAid on speed 10.
- Bucatini: Ideal with any sauce, these are very similar to spaghetti but with a hole in the middle. Your bucatini are prepared by setting your robot to speed 10.
- Rigatoni: Thanks to its outer grooves, the sauce sticks beautifully to the pasta. Use speed 6 to make perfect rigatoni.
- Fusilli: Prepare rich and colourful ringlets by adding carrot or spinach to the dough. Prepare your fusilli by setting your robot between speeds 2 and 4.
- Large macaroni: One of the pastas that goes best with any tomato sauce. Make a perfect macaroni at speed 6.
- Small macaroni: Children's favourites at home, as easy to make as setting the KitchenAid on speed 6.
The KitchenAid Fresh Pasta Presser Accessory includes:
