What to use cotton muslin for

Kilner® Cotton Muslin is generously sized at 50cm long x 50cm wide and is perfect for use in a multitude of preparations. In addition, since it can be washed very easily, both by hand and in the washing machine , it is very practical. Here are some of its possibilities:

• Strain broths and soups . It is perfect for filtering broths and soups, eliminating impurities and obtaining a clearer, cleaner texture. Place it on the strainer to use it, and voila!
  
• Prepare tea, tisanes or infusions of herbs, spices or flowers . You just have to place them in the center of the muslin and close it like a bundle before putting it in the hot water and letting it rest to infuse.
