The Nordic Ware Popover Pan is the ideal pan for making traditional popover scones. With it, you will achieve magnificent results, with crispy crusts and the most fluffy buns.
It is a mold of the highest quality, and is designed to allow an ideal air flow between cavities, so that the popovers reach their maximum height.
Without forgetting that it is a non-stick aluminum mold, in which you can prepare other recipes such as biscuits or muffins or other buns to your liking.
You find it available in 6 and 12 cavities , to make popovers with the size to your liking:
- The 6 popover mold is the Grand Popover mold, and the cavities measure 6 x 6 cm/cavity.
- The 12 popover mold is the Petite Popover mold, and the cavities measure 4.5 x 4 cm/cavity.

How to use it
- Before using the product for the first time, wash the mold by hand with warm water and a mild soap. It is not recommended to submerge in water for long periods
- Dishwasher use is not recommended as it may shorten the life of the non-stick coating on your pan.
- Before each use, grease with butter and sprinkle with flour or cocoa. You can also use special spray for unmolding.
- Some recipes may vary. Do not fill the mold more than 3/4 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
- Metal utensils, metal scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners should not be used on the nonstick surface.
