CLAUDIA’S NOTE ON COLORS: When Emile Henry ceramics are heated, the color of the pieces intensifies and becomes darker. Honestly, I never know whether I like them better at room temperature or fresh out of the oven. The colors are just so beautiful! The classic red turns into a deep garnet for a while, the blue becomes a rich ocean tone... I think they want us to keep baking with them non-stop!
