The Braided pan was designed to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Nordic Ware, the original and most prestigious manufacturer of beautiful bundt pans.
Nordic Ware moulds are highly appreciated by baking enthusiasts for their high quality workmanship, careful design and excellent baking of cakes and biscuits.

- It is also ideal for use in preparing cold desserts, such as flan or panna cotta.

To keep it always in perfect condition, it is not recommended to leave it soaking.
- Its non-stick particles are completely free of toxins and it is totally healthy.
NOTE: Much of the manufacturing process of bundt moulds is done by hand, which can cause them to have some small imperfections (normally on the outside). A rougher area, a small relief that can be felt, etc. are common marks of Nordic Ware moulds, which are unavoidable in the process and make each and every mould unique, without affecting their proper functioning in any way.
