Normal para lo que tiene Claudia y Julia, Es decir, una maravilla del molde.
El pan queda en su punto. Se desmolda sin dificultad ninguna: al darle la vuelta una vez frío el pan cae por su propio peso. Diría que no necesitaría limpieza. A ver, lavarlo hay que lavarlo, pero queda totalmente limpio tras su uso, sin rastro de pan por ningún sitio.

Molde rectangular perforado

Me encanta, yo ya tengo bandejas perforadas y las utilizo principalmente para hornear galletas, aunque para panes también . La razón por lo que me encantan es que dejan una corteza más “Crispy “ y no se hacen burbujas en la parte de abajo, o sea no se queda el aire condensado en el fondo, las perforaciones del molde dejan pasar el aire caliente directamente, estos moldes o bandejas son una maravilla, los recomiendo al 100%.
