The Lurch Sauce Separator is the perfect tool to filter your sauces or broths, removing the fat from your preparations. Its beautiful design, similar to a decanter jug, an oil bottle or a porrón, is ideal for this use, since the liquid always remains below the fat and its upper filter acts as an effective grease and impurity trap.
Now watch it again. Doesn't it remind you of a watering can? May well be! Its elongated and cylindrical spout helps to water the sauces little by little thanks to its pouring spout.
