The Gefu Rafino Grater and Mandolin is a versatile utensil that allows both grating and slicing all kinds of foods: ginger, garlic, Parmesan, chocolate, lemon and citrus, and all kinds of solid foods.
It has a great size to store it easily, without taking up much space in the kitchen, and to take it out without laziness on a daily basis. It is perfect as a pocket Japanese grater and mandolin, as you can take it everywhere, even camping.
In addition, it includes a finger protector that is very practical: thanks to its cavity, you can cut and slice small foods (a few ounces of chocolate, small pieces of Parmesan, garlic... ), with total safety and being able to hurry up the food as much as possible.
