The Gefu Raspini V Mandolin is a compact kitchen mandolin with a V blade , inspired by the cutting technique of professional chefs, ideal for laminating and slicing fruits and vegetables, cleanly and without crushing the pieces . A very practical and highly efficient stainless steel mandolin !
The extra sharp V -shaped blade of the Raspini mandoline is perfect for cutting soft-skinned foods , such as tomatoes, as the slice slides progressively from the sides, holding the food and allowing it to slide smoothly without tearing. until the end.
Allows you to adjust the thickness of the slice from a wafer thin to a 5mm slice, offering a maximum slice width of 7cm.
