This knob, sprinkler and injector accessory, is ideal for watering meats while they are roasting in the oven. Comfortably and without taking them out of the oven, you can even inject the juices into the piece.
The pipette is made of stainless steel and allows a needle to be attached to its end , perfect for injecting juice, white or red wine, broth or cooking juices into the meat. Thanks to its 26 cm length , you can do it without taking the meat out of the oven and without fear of burning yourself.
