This clever owl, who accompanied Harry to the battle of the 7 Potters, will give your cakes a perfect bake. Its perforated base allows steam to circulate from inside the cake, escaping through the small hole in its head.

Its operation is very simple:

• Place Hedwig™ on the base of the cake you are going to bake, preferably in the center.
• Arrange the filling on the base of the pie or empanada (meat, vegetables, fruit...).
• Cover the cake with the rest of the dough, piercing it only once so that the bird's foot sticks out its head.
• Bake the cake without needing to pierce the rest of the dough with a toothpick or a fork. The steam that is created inside the cake will come out through the little bird, preventing the dough from puffing up or opening .
