Le Creuset Cast Iron Ribbed Bistro Griddle of 32 cm is ideal for cooks who intend to feed a lot of people. Perfect for cooking lightly and using little fat, i.e. grilling; It will also last you a lifetime. A good investment for cooks.

NOTE: Cooking on a cast iron grill has nothing to do with cooking on a non-stick grill: the iron gets much hotter and seals the food, retaining all the flavour (and evaporating the juices, thus preventing the meat from boiling). On a cast iron grill, the meat ends up being roasted!

Muy buena parrilla

Me llegó muy rápida, por lo que tengo que dar las gracias. Me ha gustado mucho, sólo lo he probado con carne y muy bien. La única pega es que sólo con el primer uso le ha salido patina, y eso no me gusta, me gustaría que sl fregarla se quedará impoluta, ese es el defecto que le veo. Había leído que las parrillas de hierro fundido, se fregaban con suma facilidad y quedaban impecables, pero no ha sido así. Agradecería me informarán cómo proceder para quitarle esa patina. Gracias

Se pega todo.

Baso mi reseña en mi primera y única experiencia porque solo la he usado una vez. Cociné pescado y se me pegó todo a pesar de tener la parrilla caliente y engrasada con aceite. Salieron los filetes desmenuzados. Algo no debo estar haciendo bien pero confiaba en que fuera antiadherente.
