It's perfect for cooking even over medium heat, thanks to its rapid and even heat distribution. Made from forged aluminum, its excellent 3-layer TNS PRO non-stick coating allows you to cook with little to no oil. Easy to clean, it's perfect for everyday cooking, almost oil-free and healthy. It's a great griddle for vegetables, fish, meat, or for making omelets, eggs, or even pancakes. It features two handles for comfortable and safe handling, making it easier to move from the kitchen to the oven or from the oven to the table whenever you want.
