Extra virgin olive oil (99%) with a touch of truffle. Size: 100ml. The oil incorporates pieces of truffle.
Considered one of the best truffle oils on the market by many specialised magazines, the Italian oil "ORO EN CUCINA" is ideal for giving an intense and unique flavour, perfect for flavouring many dishes: salads, pasta, rice dishes, carpaccios, meats, mashed potatoes, cheeses, eggs, or to give a different point to certain appetizers.
The virgin olive oil with which it is produced comes from an ancient mill on Lake Trasimeno, and its harvesting is done by hand and much of the process maintains the ancient processing techniques, guaranteeing a very high quality oil. It has a complex aroma, a mixture of fresh vegetables and flowers, almonds and fruits. Fruity and delicate flavour. All these characteristics make it an ideal oil to combine with the flavour and taste of white and black truffles.
For many years, TartufLanghe has held the title of "Eccellenza Artigiana". (title for Artisan Excellence), awarded by the Piedmont Region, for its thirty years of experience and excellence in the culinary world.
