With the Chef'n Aromatic Herb Stripper there will be no branch of thyme or bunch of rosemary that you cannot remove. This practical leaf stripper has 4 holes of different thicknesses and has a small bowl built into its base, to collect and measure the leaves that fall when weeding.
The bowl of the leaf remover has measurement marks in tablespoons (tbsp) and in milliliters, so you can use it to measure the herbs you have cleared, or as a measure for your recipes when you need to add liquids or other ingredients.
With this tool you can have the herbs ready to season your recipes in a few seconds. Sage, thyme, rosemary, even basil or parsley. Its use is very simple :
- Insert the branch of the aromatic you want to strip in the hole that best suits the thickness of the stem, as if you were threading a needle. The leaves must be on the side where the bowl is, so that when you clear, they fall into it.
- With the stem in the hole, pull it with one hand , holding the leaf remover with the other. The leaves will separate from the stem and fall into the bowl, collected and ready to add to your recipes.
And once you have all the herbs prepared and ready to use or preserve, you can clean it very easily by hand or in the dishwasher.
