The WMF Skimmer for Wok Profi Plus is made of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel. It is a basic in any kitchen, since apart from being able to remove the foam from your broths or soups, it will allow you to remove the food from the fried and sautéed foods that you make in pans and woks (croquettes, dumplings, vegetables... you can easily remove them and leave drop the oil into the pan).
