To peel and to cut the stem. The WMF Asparagus Peeler is a practical tool with which you will prepare asparagus for your recipes very efficiently and in a very short time. Made of Cromargan ® stainless steel, it is specially designed to easily peel all types of asparagus thanks to its peeling blade and to cut the hardest part of the stem with its integrated knife.
Its ergonomic design allows you to handle it comfortably. Similar to a clamp, it has two leaves. The shortest is the one that will help you hold the asparagus when you want to peel it. The longest incorporates a sharp peeling blade on the inside and a knife to cut the stems at the tip.
When you want to clean the asparagus for your recipes, place it between the two blades of the peeler. Just slide them throughout its sharp blade will do the rest with great efficiency. And once peeled, you can cut the hardest part of the stem with the integrated knife at the tip.
