The De Buyer pancake pan combines the comfort of non-stick with the unique design of traditional De Buyer iron pans.

With a robust non-stick coating, completely PFOA-free, it is an ideal pancake maker for all types of cooking, lighter than iron pans and very easy to clean thanks to its non-stick coating.

Their design is inspired by the traditional De Buyer iron pans and they also incorporate a wooden handle for greater comfort of use and to reinforce that rustic design that we like so much.

1. Made of cast aluminium with a state-of-the-art non-stick coating, PFOA free.
2. This is a multilayer non-stick of professional quality ultra resistant and durable.
3. Its great thickness helps to distribute heat evenly and is very resistant to deformation.
4. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
5. The wood used in the handle is PEFC-certified beech, it comes from sustainably managed forests. It is also protected with beeswax.
