In Extremadura, in the heart of Las Vegas Bajas, Cortijo de Sartejena was born in 2013, a family business dedicated to the artisan production of homemade sauces and jams.
Prepared in a traditional way, over low heat and with organic products from their own cultivation, in order to maintain tradition without giving up innovation.
