  • 1 Iberian pork tenderloin
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 20 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • virgin olive oil

  1. Cut the meat into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a bowl , mix all the ingredients to make the marinade: shallots, honey, cinnamon, mint, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper. Booking.
