Remember that you can get a lot out of the fryer without oil , because apart from frying it is an ideal air oven to make many varied recipes with air. From frying dumplings and croquettes (it's one of the fryers that doesn't flatten the croquettes) to preparing sweets, making rice dishes or meats, roasting vegetables or, like today, preparing an appetizer or a perfect accompaniment to second courses.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Salt
  • A teaspoon of olive oil coffee or desserts
  • 1/4 lemon
  • pepper (optional)
  • rosemary (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and put them in the Actifry fryer .
  2. Apply salt, pepper and dissipate the drops of oil (you can pour them with the spray pear) .
  3. Apply a few drops of lemon by squeezing it lightly on top and leave the lemon wedge inside, to one side of the sprouts.
  4. Turn on the fryer and wait for them to crisp up.
