Smoothie and Cheese-Shake of pear and blueberries
If a shake or milk-shake is essentially composed of milk, a cheese-shake is made with a cheese base (cottage cheese or cream cheese). The recipe for this pear and blueberry smoothie that I bring you today is a recipe that you can enjoy with both milk and cheese, so you decide how to prepare it. - 1 pear
- 150 g of blueberries
- 200 ml of milk or 200 gr of cottage cheese*
- 2 cc of soft honey (of thousand flowers or rosemary)
- 1 tsp wheat germ
- 1 tsp almond powder
To prepare a Blueberry Pear Smoothie:
- Wash and cut the pear into large pieces.
- Wash the blueberries.

- In a jar, add all the ingredients together with the fruit nectar that you have prepared, and mix well.

For a Pear and Blueberry Cheese-Shake:To have a higher dose of protein, or to enjoy your shakes in a different way, follow the steps above but replace the milk with the 200g of cottage cheese.
If you want, you can thin the mixture by adding mineral water.
You can also replace the milk with cream cheese, or make a mix, add a part of cottage cheese and a part of milk. It can be a good idea if you want to start trying the taste of cheese shakes first.
